OAL Project Display is an invite-only internal platform for OAL employees. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information submitted through the platform.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use the platform:

• Email address and username used to create your account.
• Profile avatar and job position if provided.
• Project content including titles, descriptions, tags, and media uploads.
• Usage data such as login timestamps and project activity.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to operate the platform. This includes displaying your projects and profile to other employees, managing access via invite tokens, and administering the platform through the admin panel.

4. Data Storage

All data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides encrypted storage and access control. Media files are stored in Supabase Storage with a per-user quota limit.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. Data is only accessible to authenticated employees and administrators within the platform.

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion by an administrator, your auth record and associated profile are removed. Project records may be retained or reassigned at admin discretion.
