1. Acceptance

By accessing OAL Project Display, you agree to these terms. This platform is for internal OAL employee use only. Unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.

2. Access & Eligibility

Access is granted exclusively via invite tokens issued by an administrator. You may not share your invite link or account credentials with anyone outside OAL.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload. By submitting a project, you grant OAL a non-exclusive license to display that content to other employees within the platform. You are responsible for ensuring your submissions do not violate any intellectual property or confidentiality obligations.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is offensive, misleading, or confidential beyond your clearance level.
• Attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you.
• Use the platform for any purpose outside of internal project showcasing.
• Circumvent or attempt to bypass access controls or security measures.

5. Account Suspension

Administrators reserve the right to suspend or delete any account that violates these terms or is no longer an active OAL employee, without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

OAL Project Display is provided as-is for internal use. We make no guarantees regarding uptime or data availability and are not liable for any loss of data or disruption to service.

7. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
